The main challenge of the project isto integrate the existing system with the new expansion, as well as incorporating communication protocols for all plant equipment(electrical and instrumentation). To avoid any loss of production during integration, the plant's simulators are tuned to specific plant-wide configuration manuals, and integration between an existing simulated system and the real one is amplified.
