What is a GTB?
It's a solution that manages and optimizes a building's technical installations.
Concretely, it's a supervisory software package, combined with local PLCs, which will enable the remote control and management of all building equipment, such as electricity (TGBT, TD, lighting), energy metering, management of HVAC installations (heating and cooling), plumbing, elevators.... Useful information is monitored in real time, in local mode via an ethernet network, but also remotely, with just an internet connection.
In the building, it's the action of the sensors that transmits all the useful information to the supervisor. We speak of immotics (a contraction of the words "building" and "computer") in the sense that the system is similar to a home automation architecture, but for a major building or structure.
