Designed to be the flagship hub for cybersecurity in France, the Cyber Campus brings together companies, public sector entities, research organisations, startups, and schools within a single ecosystem dedicated to innovation and cooperation. To support this vision, Equans Digital designed and implemented a comprehensive audiovisual environment to facilitate collaboration, communication, and the organisation of large-scale events. The project enabled the deployment of more than 250 audiovisual spaces in just a few months, making the Campus Cyber a true technological showcase for French digital innovation.
The Cyber Campus: A Strategic Hub for French Cybersecurity
Launched to bring together all major players in cybersecurity, the Cyber Campus needed technological infrastructure that matched its ambitions. The goal was to create a modern environment that fosters dialogue, cooperation, and knowledge sharing among the campus’s various residents.

The Challenges of the Project at France’s Leading Cybersecurity Campus
To support the opening of the Campus Cyber, the audiovisual infrastructure had to meet a threefold challenge: providing an intuitive user experience, supporting new collaborative workflows, and equipping several hundred spaces within a particularly tight deadline.
The Cyber Campus was designed to reflect French technological excellence by offering modern, intuitive collaborative spaces that are fully integrated with new professional workflows. The audiovisual infrastructure was intended to reinforce this image of innovation and serve as a true facilitator of exchanges among the various stakeholders on the site.
With several hundred spaces to equip, one of the major challenges was ensuring that the audiovisual equipment was easy and consistent to use. Users needed to be able to start a meeting, give a presentation, or participate in a videoconference without any technical difficulties.
The project schedule called for a particularly fast pace. The Equans Digital teams had to coordinate the integration of all audiovisual equipment within very tight deadlines while ensuring a high level of quality and reliability.
The solution deployed by Equans Digital
To meet the Cyber Campus’s goals, Equans Digital handled the design, integration, and commissioning of the site’s various audiovisual environments.
The project includes the installation of audiovisual equipment in two auditoriums with 200 and 300 seats, respectively, designed to host conferences, events, presentations, and keynote speeches. These spaces are equipped with high-performance audiovisual solutions that ensure excellent sound and visual quality for all attendees.
The Equans Digital teams have deployed audiovisual solutions in more than 250 spaces, including meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and shared workspaces. Each environment was designed to facilitate communication and meet the needs of campus users.
The meeting rooms have been equipped with videoconferencing and collaboration solutions that enable the various organisations on campus to work effectively with their partners, whether they are on-site or remote.
Among the project’s signature spaces are a boardroom dedicated to strategic meetings and an immersive room featuring 360° projection technology. These innovative environments provide engaging experiences and showcase the content presented at the Cyber Campus.
