BIM Services

BIM (Building Information Modeling) is above all a working method, based on collaborative working. It offers stakeholders the opportunity to exchange around graphical elements (3D digital model, 2D plans) and non-graphical information.

Whatever the size of the structure, BIM enables teams to gain in performance and efficiency: it sustainably increases the use value of buildings and infrastructures over their entire lifecycle.

What does BIM mean and what is its purpose?

Like most business sectors, the building industry has been moving resolutely towards digital technology for several years.

BIM is an approach based on building data modeling, which enables a digital model to be collaboratively enriched with project information for the structure, both in design, construction and operation/maintenance. This representation of 3D objects and associated data, also known as a BIM model, gives access to all the information on a structure.

This digital representation makes it possible to meet the optimization and performance challenges of all those involved in the act of building (project owners, architects, project managers, contractors, operators...) and for all types of building: housing, industrial, service sector, infrastructure, engineering structures... CIM is BIM applied to the scale of neighborhoods and cities.

What are the benefits?

Among the many benefits brought by BIM, synthesis carried out in BIM is surely one of the most visible and the one with the most obvious return on investment (ROI). Indeed, 3D, new tools and new methods make it possible to carry out synthesis missions (technical, enclosure and architectural) more precisely, more quickly and more efficiently. Pre-synthesis (design) and synthesis (construction) missions optimize the completion of structures and reduce non-quality costs.

Thanks to BIM, buildings and infrastructures perform better, can evolve according to their uses and environments, are more virtuous and even smarter in operation/maintenance.

BIM Life® from Equans Digital, the brand for BIM and CIM experts

To guarantee support for all or part of a structure's lifecycle, Equans Digital has created the BIM Life® brand.

Performance, carbon neutrality and responsible progress are at the heart of this approach.

BIM Life® brings together the following entities: SXD Groupe, Dexip and Eurosia.

BIM Life® intervenes over the entire lifecycle of a building, from its design to its deconstruction, via its construction, operation-maintenance and possibly its transformation to change its destination! The aim is to manage a building from construction to deconstruction by:

Increasing its energy performance
Optimizing energy consumption
Reinventing its working and living spaces
Optimizing its overall cost

Our asset lifecycle offers

BIM Programming

Organizing and making the BIM/CIM process more reliable

To support project owners and real estate managers in implementing and monitoring their BIM approach, on a project or asset scale.

BIM Design / presynthesis

Visualizing and coordinating the deployment of BIM/CIM

In the design phase, BIM pre-synthesis makes it possible to validate the feasibility of a project and carry out a technical study with reliable information.

BIM Execution / synthesis

Assuring and supervising the coherence of the entire project

BIM synthesis ensures optimized spatial coordination of all trades (architect, structural work, technical trades).

BIM Management

Coordinating design and construction teams

Since 2010, our BIM managers have been responsible for leading and coordinating design and construction teams, around digital mock-ups shared between them. Our BIM managers are the guarantors of compliance with the BIM agreement; they ensure the optimization of this model and are the catalysts for the success of the project throughout its duration.

BIM Maintenance/ Operation

Optimize the technical management and operation of structures

Digital twins are digital replicas of physical objects or systems; they provide fine-grained, real-time knowledge of them. Maintenance teams can increase their operational performance by using them to better operate and maintain the assets and properties for which they are responsible.

Our targeted offers

Operation and maintenance / supervisor / hypervisor solution

Integrator of various software solutions, it is after analyzing the context and validating the issues, that our teams build and deploy the solution adapted to the specific needs of each of our customers.

AXL'AIR

AXL'AIR is a solution for improving IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) in buildings through optimized equipment regulation.

High-precision scanning

Making 3D scans / data processing / 3D environmental measurement and control to serve your needs.

VALOBIM®

Reduce carbon impact and promote the circular economy with VALOBIM®

VALOBIM® contributes to reducing carbon impact and waste, whether in design, renovation or deconstruction.

PEMD diagnostics and the circular economy
VALOBIM® optimizes PEMD (Products, Equipment, Materials and Waste) diagnostics, in line with the decree of March 26, 2023, applicable to major building demolitions and renovations.

Carbon reduction
Precise mapping helps reduce the carbon impact and quantity of waste during renovation or deconstruction projects. or deconstruction.

Digital management

Management and maintenance of technical data

Our teams collect, make reliable and manage the essential data of digital twins.

They also ensure Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) by accompanying the evolution of the actual structure and updating its digital twin.

Connected operator

Optimizing field performance and digitizing processes

We offer point cloud collection and manipulation, and Augmented Reality solutions adapted to various contexts (buildings, industrial processes, buried networks). We support teams to guarantee a return on investment.

We digitize your business processes to monitor your activities in the field with a controlled budget.

As a collaborative platform integrator, we provide solutions and training for operators in the field, contributing to the success of construction and industrial projects.

BIM Life® and CIM, the allies of the Smart City

At district or city level, with its CIM (City Information Modeling) approach, BIM Life® is able to collect, analyze and model all information, including that useful to building owners and tenants. This information can then be visualized on the digital BIM model.

This enables each building to evolve in line with its environment, while ensuring the comfort of its users and/or occupants.
