During November, Equans Digital BeLux's core teams worked through 4 workshops to create the fundamentals of the new "Digital" Division.
Equans BeLux departments and units joined forces during these sessions with a fast-paced, intensive process with 3 objectives:
-Give an overview of actual activities
- Identify customers and market opportunities
- Create a roadmap to seize these opportunities
It was incredible to see the deepest knowledge of technical processes in our customer markets transformed into digital solutions improving customer performance.
