It is capable of handling your parcels at up to 6 trajectories/min per robot.

The SEAPAL M multiline palletizer can simultaneously handle containers (American cases, cartons, pallets, reels, bags, etc.) of different shapes, sizes and weights, thanks to the integration of several types of grippers (gripper, suction tray, gripper, etc.). This flexibility enables greater adaptability to the production needs of many sectors, such as food processing, logistics, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.

According to production needs, the multiline palletizer can quickly adjust to handle different product types without impacting on throughput.

Before being palletized, products from different production lines are first grouped together on conveyors. They are prepared in batches, rows or layers according to the requirements of each line. This upstream preparation optimizes the flow of products to the multi-line palletizer, guaranteeing smooth, unhindered infeed to the palletizer.

The SEAPAL M palletizing robot uses an alternative gripping sequence, successively gripping products from lines 1, 2, 3 and 4. It then deposits these products on the pallets dedicated to each line, according to a regular rotation. This approach ensures consistent and continuous palletizing for all lines, while guaranteeing placement accuracy.
