The bus link between Corbeil-Essonnes and Viry-Châtillon is the busiest section in the greater Paris region.
And we were lucky enough to be part of the project!
In October 2024, SIAI (Service Informatique Automatismes Industriels) began the final tests before delivery of the lots CFA (Courants Faibles) and GTC (Gestion Technique Centralisée) for Île-de-France Mobilités.
The €1.27M project was won in 2022 by the TUR division (Transport Urbain et Routier) of Bouygues Energies & Services for delivery in late 2024.
System equipment for metropolitan public transport is the specialty of the TUR division, with SIAI responsible for designing and building the system part (infra, network, scada, video, public address...) of TUR projects.
For this type of work, the GTC is used to monitor and control the main equipment at passenger stations (energy, network, video, public address, panels...) and technical centers (energy, networks, lighting...).
The delivered system is built on the software "bricks" offered by SIAI: for the SCADA part, IGNITION software and our SMP-SIAI (Smart Multifaceted Plateform) standard, and Milestone (VMS) software for the video part.
Some technical features of the system part:
☑️ Infra-computing : 2 redundant multi-application virtualized servers, 3 video recording servers, 2 operating workstations, 1 video wall.
️☑️ Transmission networks: 10Ge network cores, 38 hardened field switches, 1 redundant firewall, 1 secure remote access.
☑️ BMS software: redundant Ignition 8 SCADA.1 Perspective with SMP- SIAI (Smart Multifaceted Platform) layer, 3 concurrent web clients, 17500 points, 35 synoptics, energy, lighting, Video surveillance functions, infra supervision and snmp networks, a total of 85 IP devices in com (modbus tcp or snmp).
☑️ VMS software: redundant Milestone video supervision, 102 cameras (h264 or h265, fisheye cameras, fixed, mobile, thermal), 30-day recording, integrated into SCADA.
☑️ Equipment of the 32 stations: cameras, hardened switch, platform PA system, passenger information and micro PLC.
