Facilitating collaboration between stakeholders to ensure the success of an ambitious project thanks to BIM Management.
This is what Grenoble-Alpes Métropole has done, by launching an ambitious renovation and extension program for its headquarters, dating from the 1970s.
The structure is set to become an environmental benchmark by 2027, with a PassivHaus.
To contribute to the success of this metamorphosis, we supported them by bringing our expertise in BIM.Thus, the digital mock-up makes it possible to mutualize information, facilitate collaborationor analyze various energy renovation scenarios.

In this context, Equans Digital (SXD Groupe entity) is acting as BIM manager within the project management consortium, led by the agency Baumschlager Eberle Architekten Architekten that chose us.
Our role is multifaceted:
☑️ Ensure the correct parameterization of each stakeholder's models;
☑️ Check that the information is correctly filled in for DOE and maintenance purposes (several million data points);
☑️ Check the correct application of the selected BIM use cases;
☑️ Provide technical support to help understand documents, parameterize a model;
☑️ Coordinate all those involved in producing models to guarantee the delivery to the Metropole at the end of the project of a federated model faithful to what has been built and in line with its operating requirements.
Thanks to the teams at Baumschlager Eberle Architekten Architekten and in particular Joakim Lebrun, Mathias bernhardt, François Delubac, and to the Métropole de Grenoble and Sébastien FAUVEL for their confidence.
