Centralize and manage data from operational systems and equipment to control and optimize a building's overall performance (existing building).
As part of a project to improve energy efficiency and optimize operational processes at the iconic office building Le 1000 de la Gauchetière, the tallest skyscraper in the city of Montreal, Equans and its subsidiary Contrôles AC integrated the building's various control systems under a single digital platform.
The main challenge of this project was to make the building operable through a single platform by centralizing and orchestrating data from the various control products.
The solution implemented enables global supervision of the building and its control systems, and offers unified user interfacesfor operators and control engineers to facilitate on-site decision-making and manage the building's operating sequences to optimize energy consumption.
