SXD Groupe, an Equans Digital entity, creates the technical and architectural synthesis for the KALIFORNIA building!
Designed by Ateliers 2/3/4/, with its 23,500 sq.m of floor space, KALIFORNIA is a 6-storey office building made up of two buildings connected around a central garden.
KALIFORNIA's buildings A and B, are both:
➡ Two separate entities: each with its own interior lobby, distinct floor plates and its own elevator shaft.
➡ Two connected entities: with the central garden leading to the pavilion dedicated to creativity.
A la californienne, KALIFORNIA's workstations feature vast terraces where you feel like you're working outdoors while indoors.
Located in a mixed urban environment, KALIFORNIA is designed in a layered manner, with vegetated roofs and a large ground surface allocated to landscaped gardens, respecting the surrounding landscape with its varied architectural scales: indeed, the pavilion blends harmoniously into the urban environment with its smaller structure.
The future project has a positive impact that limits its environmental footprint and acts in favor of biodiversity and the well-being of its occupants. It adds real value to the neighborhood's ecosystem with its vegetable garden and vegetated terraces.
SXD Groupe ,with WSP, are accompanying Bouygues Immobilier- MOA and Egis - MOEX, on the execution studies phase and have the following missions:
✅ The architectural synthesis by studying the interfaces between the various architectural lots: CLOS COUVERT and interior CEA.
✅ The technical synthesis by studying the location of technical networks in low floors and high floors as well as terminals.
